Jonathan A. Hack Memorial Scholarship in Materials Science and Engineering.

In honor of Jon, the firm and Andrea Hack are establishing a scholarship fund at the University of Florida in Jon's name. Jon was working full-time as a patent attorney while completing his Ph.D. at the University of Florida in Materials Science and was excited about his continuing research. "As a patent attorney, Jon was able to combine his two loves for law, and science and technology," said Carol L. Cole, the managing partner. "We hope that the memorial fund will help to encourage a graduate student to pursue a degree in the field that Jon showed such passion for."
