MH2 Technology Law Group, LLP is pleased to announce that Carol Cole has been elected the firm's new managing partner. She replaces founding partner, Donald Min, who held the post for the last two years. The move also will make Carol one of the few female managing partners among intellectual property law firms.

Carol has extensive experience in all aspects of patent law, including patent preparation and prosecution; patentability, validity, noninfringement and infringement opinions; strategic patent portfolio development; patent landscape analysis; and litigation. Her practice includes not only U.S. patent prosecution, but also advising clients on worldwide patent prosecution strategies. Carol has technical expertise in the areas of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and chemical technologies.
